Good beginner fingerpicking songs?
« on: March 05, 2009, 08:08:36 pm »
I've recently started to play the guitar, and I want to learn fingerpicking.
Thing is, I can't find any songs that are good for a beginner.
The easiest I've found (and that I actually want to play) after gewglin' was "Dust In The Sand" by Kansas, but that's pretty tricky.
So, you got any tips?

Oh, and no, not "nothing else matters".

"Blackbird" by the Beatles.
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.

Chatauqua by Spock's Beard. Or at least part of it.
