I like them both, but "Player One" a little more...

"Player One" has this instant Machinae feeling (Freedom, Energy, ...guess you get the picture  :)). From melody, construction and lyrics I'm convinced that it is a sequel to "Arcade" and keeps up with it quite easily.

"Super Steve" is interestingly different and undoubtedly one of those tracks that get better the more you hear it. The lyrics are great too, though I didn't figure out the meaning or intention yet...  :)

I guess you could say that super steve is about flipping the hierarchy of society, and putting yourself above those the outside world has outrank you.

Something like that, anyway... :)

"The fire" is the negative remarks and condemnation of others. The walls of perception are the mental confines we are nurtured into by the media and alike as we grow up.

Oh, and yeah ... Player One was previously named Player One (Return to Arcade); INSERT INTO yabbse_messages (ID_MSG, ID_TOPIC, ID_MEMBER, subject, posterName, posterEmail, posterTime, posterIP, smiliesEnabled, modifiedTime, modifiedName, body, icon, attachmentSize, attachmentFilename) VALUES so yeah...  :)

It's my job to keep SID elite.

Super Steve is an awesome song.

But I think I like Player One a bit better... maybe because I heard it first  ;D, or maybe because the intro is so fucking majestic!

What I'm currently listening to on Winamp3

Just listened to the new ones yesterday. Not much to say here, they're great. Liked the "now I feel like that again" homage to Arcade.

"Super Steve" is the funk! Just heard it once by now. Was on the streets then, sounded like good original lyrics, I'll have to relisten to them.

Well I'll say this, the more I listen to the news ones the more I like it. These songs must of the been the easiest songs for me to get to like. I say this because the first songs I ever downloaded of MaSu I never liked them. But I did leave them on my mp3 list and it did cycle through them so after time it grew on me.

Every time I hear Deus Ex Machinae I want to play the music from the original Deus Ex game. (got it on my playlist):

The intro to Super Steve alone is reason enough to buy the CD.

damn. Im just listening "super steve" as im writing this.
First thing I thought about it when i listened to it... was... dare I say... well actually i was terrified then, after that I've listened for it a few times, and I LOVE the song!
Why everything good comes from Sweden?  :)

Player One is a little bit weird. But still a great song.
Im ordering the album with my friends, 10 satisfied customers to be expected. :)

i just loved player one.  i ge the feeling it portrays about ecaping the depressing real world through videogames and D&D.  meanwhile, super steve is just fuxing awesome. I mean come on, hes not just steve, hes SUPER!
