For people who want to know before they click*:

Linus Ã…kesson modified an old organ into a chip-tune synthesizer, suitable for playing chip tunes live: the Chipophone (http://www.linusakesson.net/chipophone/). His demo video explains various features of the Chipophone and demonstrates them by playing snippets of different video game tunes. Be sure to also check out his performance of the Spellbound theme (http://www.linusakesson.net/chipophone/spellbound.php).

I saw this on Hack A Day (http://hackaday.com/2010/07/22/chipophone-plays-video-game-classics/) yesterday, and have been thinking about it since then. I came here today to see if it had been mentioned and it's here and also in the "YouTube (and other random videos)" thread (http://forum.machinaesupremacy.com/index.php/topic,4061.msg242566.html#msg242566).
