Title: Neil, where are you?
Post by: robert on January 30, 2006, 05:22:04 pm
I am unable to reach Neil Carr (MBD-Neil, yes).

If anyone here has a means of reaching him or know him personally, please let him know that it is imperative that he contacts us. We can't wait any longer.

Thanks.
Robert

This either has something to do with the opening of Hubnester Industries, or is linked in with the unsold stock of DXM v2 right?

Sounds like a fairly critical situation.

Robert.

I know that he had his business in Doncaster, so I searched the telephone directory for N Carr and got two results. The first was definately not him, the second did'nt pick up, but I can keep trying.

Hopefully I can find him this way, but it may be that he's gone ex-directory.

Robert,

Have you tried through the www.Remix64.com boards? He's still a moderator over there and apparently has been active recently. In the worst case scenario, you're still superheroes over there so you'd probably be able to get in touch with his friends who'd be able to help you.

P.S. He goes by the handle of 'tas' over there.

P.P.S I just sent him a private message through the boards anyhow, I hope it helps.

If all else fails, or even just to make certain, you could send him a letter or postcard.

If he moved, it should get forwarded to his new place.

"Alright, listen up, people. Our fugitive has been on the run for months. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of pretty much the world. What I want from each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at fifteen miles. Your fugitive's name is Neil Carr. Go get him." -- almost said by Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard, "The Fugitive"

You all know it had to be done.

The Old man talked Reeeallyyy sloooow and croaky.

Old man: "Hello."
Me: "Hello. Is there a Neil there?"
[silence]
[I recompose myself]
Me: "Is there a Neil there, please?"
Old man: "Hello?"
Me: "Hello, is this Neil Carr?"
[silence]
Me: "Erm-"
Old man: "Neil?"
Me: "Carr. Neil Carr."
Old man: "No..."
Me: "Ah, sorry, I must've got the wrong number in the directory."
[silence]
Me: "Sorry to disturb you."
[silence]
[I put the phone down]

Yeah, a device for making a Goa'uld kind of voice would be quite handy.

Stargate is still being made. Ben Browder (from Farscape) is now the leader of SG1, Richard Dean Anderson has left, and Claudia Black (also from Farscape) will be joining the series full-time soon, I've heard, after a couple of guest appearances.

yes, it's crazy how many stars and (recurring) guest stars from other science fiction shows they have. I've also read that Richard Dean Anderson will have some guest appearances in season 10 (especially episode 200). Also the Goa'uld currently aren't the main bad guys anymore, neither in SG1 nor in Stargate Atlantis.

Richard Dean Anderson irregularly appears as a guest star. Just as Don S. Davis as General Hammond.
