So in turn, the thread all comes down to and is about this:

Playing Devil May Cry with Machinae Supremacy music blasting would sure as Hell be the r0XX0rZ!

Who's with me!?!?!?

P.S.
Star Ocean 2 OWNS

Aren't you a little young to be talking about women? What you need is a girl, a nice girl. Don't take advantage of her, treat her special. Worry about women when you can say you're a man. ;D
I'm just playing, don't take offence.

If Devil May Cry (don't get me wrong, great game) is your idea of hard core gaming, go take on Ikaruga for Gamecube. You gotta fight that woo style, it makes Devil May Cry wanna cry. :)

I'm a fan of game music, so I don't normally shut off the sound of a game I'm playing to listen to something else, but blasting Machinae while playing sports or fighting games is pretty sweet.

Good luck becoming a guitarist, I wish I could play. ^_^;
Star Ocean 2 is a good game, looking forward to Star Ocean 3? Welcome to the forums!

Bah, who needs your fancy newish games. I play ye olde skool games and I love it. How can you not love the bassy undertones of FF4's underground world music? It's so ultra-sweet. Being able to play a game with one hand while reading All Quiet on the Western Front is the pinnacle of excellence. As for women, yeah, get with a nice girl, and treat her well. It's the way to go. Word to the wise- learn how to give massages. Oooo baby.

Have you ever played Paladan's Quest then?  It's literally set up so that you only need one hand to play.  All the commands are accessed through the directional pad.

Lol.... No... I'm definitely not too young to be talking about women.... lmao

My idea of Hard Core Gaming is being dedicated to games ever since birth, and doing crazy stuff like playing Star Ocean 2 NON STOP for 3 weeks, and still going.... Damn I play that game 24/7...... Literally.... I've had game files since I was in 5th/4th grade....

I am an EXTREME RPGer. But not all too familiar with some SNES/Genesis RPGs. I specialize in NES, PSX, and Game Boy RPGS. (Ultimatum?)

Gaming and Music are my LIFE. And the opposite sex, at times. lol

I am looking forward to SO3. Sucks to know I can't get it.

How can you not be familiar with SNES/Genesis RPGs? That's insane! No hard-core gamer can be without SNES RPGs. Sure, the Genesis really only had a few, most notably the Phantasy Star series, but the SNES was -the- console to have if you wanted a good RPG. FF2, FF3, CT, FF:MQ (har har, that game has awesome music); INSERT INTO yabbse_messages (ID_MSG, ID_TOPIC, ID_MEMBER, subject, posterName, posterEmail, posterTime, posterIP, smiliesEnabled, modifiedTime, modifiedName, body, icon, attachmentSize, attachmentFilename) VALUES BoF 1 and 2, SoM, SoE, Shadowrun (for both SNES and Genesis) good Gods, the list goes on forever.

ah back in the day of the SNES i spent a lot of my day playing REAL RPGs like Vampire: The masquerade, AD&D etc....didn't really get into video game RPGs until Baldurs gate. Legend of Zelda for the gameboy and the Secret of Mana games stick in my memory as classics of that era though, as my brothers played them a fair bit

I said <some> RPGs. The lesser commercialized ones.

CT and the FFsies on SNES are the shit!

BTW, I came across this guy that hates people that like to stand out and wear spike bracelets and necklaces, namely 'goths' and 'punks'.

I really really hate superficial people.

Oh...and as you only got 3 posts, Ark Knight, my guess is you're new here (well, so am I, but still). So, I'll have to do a stereotypical "welcome to the forum" post.

Oh, and do take a look at the "What's sexy" post at the General forum. It's loosing it's tracks now, so we'll need fresh blood. It's long, but interesting, if it interests you (hmmm...okay...that was a nice way of saying it...well, i thought it was interesting, at least...).

Hmmm... If :
reason comes and goes and insanity stays
girls comes and leaves. The PC stays

Then girls = reason
PC = insanity

I'm puzzled. Should it be other way? Computers are pure logistic and reason and girls have nothing to do with reason or logistics? Damn - I think we have new scientific problem or then I've done miscalculation somewhere... Reason stays and insanity goes? No. It can be that way. Insanity is forever! Girls are forever! I love them both!

Let's quote: "I am a woman, my wife is a man, he is 12 years old." - Some mod I have...

If
woman = evil
And
tuna = evil
Then
woman = tuna

If
Woman = insanity
And
Woman = tuna
Then
Tuna = insanity

And if we suppose that
men are opposite of women
Then
Men are opposite of insanity
Men = reason

If
Men = reason
PC = reason
Then
Men = PC

If
Woman = cow
And
Men are opposite of women
Then
Man = bull

Then we know that men are not tuna, right? But besides that man is machine what else man is? Chicken? Pig? What is opposite of tuna, someone please tell me!!!

I rest my case...

Title: Re:Gaming, Music and Women

But then again - (and here we go again...)

If
poop is opposite of tuna
And
tuna = evil
Then
poop = good

And

If
tuna = insanity
Then
poop = reason

This gives new meaning to phrase "he's talking shit" or "he's full of shit"... Or then our scientific exam went terrible wrong!

EDIT :
And
PC = poop
?

We have one band called Eppu Normaali in Finland. It's name is twisted from Frankenstein movie. There is container with brains signing Abnormal. They twisted it as Abe Normal which is translated Eppu Normaali.
