Title: Someone is lying to us!
Post by: SpeedD on January 13, 2006, 10:14:50 pm
Well, it resently came to my attention that some of us are not telling each others ages. I personally won't stand for this. There's no way in fuck that Rehevkor is 13. Fiindil is just bullshitting us, and I for one am done playing this game.

Tell us your actual age!

Or else!

...no pie...

I'm just mature for my age! ..or immature for my age, I'm not sure.

Anyway, I'm off out to get pissed. Later. :P

Hah you just basically proved that you're older than your profile says.

Twenty-one of your earth years.

Twenty-two of your earth years.

:O But your profile says 21!

You lied to us too? ;_;

I dunno, it could be worse... Could be goatse...

XD

I've grown up with some very mature young people on other boards. I knew one guy that made an entire board theme when he was about 13, stunned everybody when they found out.

The whole of my other forum had the average age of about 16, dominated by teenagers and college students.

I'm almost positive its around 15. I remember him and magicman talking about how young they were and how one is only a few weeks/month older than the other.

Omg, random note that I just MUST tell everyone.. you know those bathbomb things we were all talking about once? Well, I had one in my bath just then and NO JOKE, I found a sweet in it! It was like a jelly sweet! It had the texture of a sweet and it smelt like a sweet so I put it in my mouth and it was a sweet! Which I found in the bathbomb! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!

Keep on the look out people! You may find unexpected treats in your bathbomb  ;D

All I can say to all this morons who promote physical activity is Eyetoy. Having used it for about 20 minutes on Friday, my arm still aches from it. I just want to crawl back to my collection of RTS games, which are less intensive on the arms.

No, no no no :P It's something that I would really never want to try. There are just certain areas of my body that I would rather just they did what they were made to do. Oral sex is another thing I'm squickie about. My mouth is a sacred place that I would rather stick to what it does best. Eating. And kissing I guess.
That's just me though, if other people want to do it I have no objections. Just not with me :P

Pansexual?

From Wikipedia:

Pansexuality is a sexual orientation, distinct from bisexuality and characterized by potential aesthetic attraction, romantic love and sexual desire for anybody, including those people who don't fit into the gender binary of male/female implied by bisexual attraction. It is sometimes described as the capacity to love a person romantically, irrespectave of gender. Some pansexuals go so far as to claim that gender and sex are meaningless to them.

Giving is obviously better for the giving party, and recieving depends on a lot of factors. Some people don't like it, but for some reason, that part of my body is an erogenous zone. The physical factor is there, because there are a lot of nerve endings in there, and for men there's also the prostate. The problem is it's quite a bit physiological.

*shrugs*

I have several people that will tell you from first hand experience that it's sexually gratifying (to recieve). Others will say they didn't really like it, or it hurt, or some bullshit. You have to do it right, though. It can't stretch that much right away, you have to use plugs, or at least a finger!

Now this is the point where I probably should stop, because some people get offended, or say that this discussion isn't appropriate for the forum.

Anyway... that's your sexual education for the day.

 :P

I don't see the problem. Then again, I'm not easily grossed out. Buttsex is completely ok, but I personally won't do it. Not give or receive. Probably.
Title: Re: Someone is lying to us!
Post by: lindarthebard on January 24, 2006, 10:03:24 am
Giving is obviously better for the giving party

I should rephrase this. Being on the giving end of anal sex is better than vaginal sex because of the elasticity of said orifice. I didn't mean to imply that recieving was any less pleasurable. Actually I find it quite a bit more pleasurable than sticking my penis into something, and from what I hear, it's actually somewhat akin to experiencing how a female orgasms. *shrug*

Anyway... now that final tid-bit is out of the way, so lock the thread or something so there will be no further discussion of this hideous act of sodomy that we all know and love.
Title: Re: Someone is lying to us!

SpeedD: Well, I'm not. I've seen it happen in here before. We've had people sharing with us that they are furries (though I don't think we've had anybody state they're the yiff kind), transexuals (or just simply believeing that they'd be happier as the opposite sex), and quite a lot else. These forums seems to open people up, somehow. Which is a good thing.

I don't think it's just these forums, I think it's an attribute of enlightened, inteligent forums in general. Also, European posters tend to be easier going and more likely to accept new concepts than American posters. Two of the other forums I've visted had people opening up and talking about their usual situations in life, and people were very open minded and were happy to talk back.
I've seen a few forums (mostly through SA's Weekend Web, and some of the darker recesses of the WoW forums) that are very quick to dismiss and condemn people that don't fit their idea of "normal". I think an open and friendly forum says a lot about the people who post there :)

Yeah, I mean I could say "im gay" in these forums and im sure everyone would accept it, and even a few people would come out of the closet too..

But im not gay. And no its not happening, lindar.
Title: Re: Someone is lying to us!
Post by: Jack Lupino on January 24, 2006, 03:58:43 pm
Yeah, well, i think that most people don't have the courage to think for themselves.

I mean, they're all being brainwashed by society..

I.E : someone walks by and sees a pink rabbit doll and goes "Wow that thing is so gay"

Then people who hear is automatically think gay is a bad thing =\
Title: Re: Someone is lying to us!
Post by: Torp v2.0 on January 24, 2006, 04:13:23 pm
I am on a personal "crusade" of sorts to connect the old meaning of gay to gay. That is, synonymous to happy or merry. Because it's really a quite cool word, but I don't want to sound gay because I'm using it. (oh, bad pun alert...too late)

I'm not saying it's only this forum, Kasumi. I know of other forums where the majority of posters will accept you for who you are. They may tease you a bit, but there's little to no malice, and those malicious seeds will usually be booted out by the admins.

In fact, there was recently a guy who came out of the closet in one of these forums (a gamer forum), and almost everyone (except a couple of kids) supported his decicion. He didn't find any new playmates, though.

I'm not really concerned about what people say to me on the web, I've never been to any forum that has ever been rude or spiteful to me because of who I am. Mostly because most people either don't know or outright forget anything I've ever told them. On the internet, my issues are a thing of the past and they're never important unless we start an interesting debate. If someone does have a problem I'm more than capable of defending myself and can argue until the cows come home, as do my friends. I guess it's something that just comes from five years of posting on forums. But, as I said, it's never happened before because it's not an issue anymore for me online, I'm always who I am. The only times when it is apparent is when I'm talking about it as if it was another interesting thing that's going on in my life, and I do very much enjoy talking about it with people who are enlightened and interested.
It's becoming even less of an issue this year really because I'm leaving behind those issues in real life as I did years ago on the internet. I'm get my name changed and moving on in life.

I think we all ought to go boating.
I'm for that, I've had like a level 20 fishing character in Ultima Online. It was like really fun fishing in a 2d game map, oh the stories I could tell.

Dont mean to derail it or anything ?

Not at all  ;D But seriously, boating would be an awesome idea.

My actual only experience of a boating trip was rather terrifying (but probably quite funny to everyone else :P) I was 'at sea' in my little dingy paddling about with shitty wooden and plastic oars. All very fun, or so I thought...
Suddenly, everyone went in shore really quickly and I thought nothing of it until I saw some long 'rope like' objects going under my dingy one side and coming out the other. Tracing where these objects were coming from I noticed a small ball-shaped object a little further away - some 10 or 15 feet. Paddling over, my worst fears were confirmed - it was infact the 'bell' of a jellyfish, yep, it's tentacles were THAT long! Trying to calm myself, I floated away from it and it's hideously long tentacles, and thought 'Phew that's that shit over.' Nope. No more than 30 seconds later, I realised I was being swarmed by jellyfish, one of which I would like to add, had a bell of about 24 inches across. Crapping myself, I tried to find a clear patch of sea to no avail and I couldn't go into shore for risk of being stung as I got out the boat. I got a mental image of some idiotic girl in a plastic dingy with a fucking solar-powered sun hat no less stranded in the sea with jellyfish swarming the boat. I even got horrible images of 1) Their tentacles piercing my dingy (don't ask why.) 2) Tentacles flapping up into the boat for no reason whatsoever. 3) Wind picking up and me flipping over.)  :P I can honestly say at the time I was terrified, but I suppose it's quite funny.  ;D

I am on a personal "crusade" of sorts to connect the old meaning of gay to gay. That is, synonymous to happy or merry. Because it's really a quite cool word, but I don't want to sound gay because I'm using it. (oh, bad pun alert...too late)

I'm afraid that meaning is too far gone. However, the gay community has wholeheartedly embraced it as an adjective, so the problem is sorta what rad said... it's a vicious cycle where people describe things negatively as "gay" so the next generation just automatically associates "gay" with "negative." That's what needs to change. the only time anyone EVER uses "gay" to mean "happy" is smartasses who were using it as an insult and then were challenged, so they say "dude i just meant happy" and i want to kick them in the face.

Oddly enough, that's almost EXACTLY the same thing I am. My hubby is ftm pre-op, and I'm his boyfriend/pet, so we're a gay couple.

ftm - female to male
mtf - male to female
pre-op - pre-operation

lindar - Wow, its really unusual to find someone in the similar situation to me. Most trans people I speak to aren't in relationships so I'm the only 'significant other' I know. right on ;)

Speaking about jelly fish, I used to sail on little 2-5 man boats back in the day and our beach in summer was full of jelly fish. What we used to do was aim the rudder for the jelly fish that are most near the surface and try to run over it.

Have a look at this jelly fish the Blue Bottle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_bottle . It is known to be very deadly, it makes my skin tingle when I look at one. " sometimes stretching to over ten metres in length. Tentacles as long as 55 m (180 ft) are known"

No, but one of my friends did until he was 8. He claimed that his friend lived in his cupboard at home, so when we went round his house, we threw the heaviest crap we could find into the cupboard, then told him that his imaginary friend was dead.

Fun.
