Hultsfred 2004: I met a girl
« on: June 20, 2004, 08:17:34 pm »
I've just gotten home from the festival in Hultsfred.
This year I didn't bother paying 1220 SEK and decided to just party.
All was well until the festival actually started, we got there last sunday and we had a great party until thursday. It was too much for me :(
I was happy but very tired and very frozen.

But then, the cutest girl I've ever seen walks by, and after talking to her for a while and realising we have lots of things in common, we spent the rest of the days together, and kept eachother warm around the clock.
We spent lots of time in the tent, since that's the only place we could be left alone, it was also the only really comfortable place available.
But this girl lives in Uppsala and that's far away from me. :(
I hope I will see her again some day.

Awwww. I never knew you were like that Trezker.

Such a pity she's so far away. But long distance relationships can still work, as long as make time you do have together the best time you ever have. It can be most satisfying when you don't see somebody for ages and then have the best days together when you finally see them.

Btw, did you ever get your car sorted, after crashing it off the road?

One thing life tells you is that everything that happens is mean to happen .. exactly as it does.. in the order that it does. Regardless of you thinking you know the outcome and trying to change it.

I gotta feelin you'll meet her again, destiny thing goin on here.. o0o0o lyrics time.

Destiny or not
There's no harm in trying
Figure it out
Cuz each day we're dying..

Live for the moment,
life without regret
How life would be different
had we never met.

I dream of her daily
what can I say?
I'm over here
And she's far away...

((If you chose to use these lyrics all I want is a copy of the mp3 and a credit.. :P )

Love is a precious thing dude, don't let it slip away too easy. Do you keep contact on the net? Keep it going there then, and see what evolves. Maybe you can visit eachother a couple of times and then make up your minds about the future. Uppsala is pretty close to the middle of sweden, so it shouldn't be any further than around 90 miles or so. So either of you could move in one single day, if you both want it that way :)

*sighs*  I feel the need to speak further.

Long distance relationships are HARD.  That doesn't mean that they're not worth doing though.  Take it from the guy who has very close people to him literally on the other side of the globe. (I'm an American, she's a brit.. I'm an american.. she's an aussie.. and yes they know eachother.)

See eachother as much as possible.. becuse even the steamiest text can't replace a simple hug.

But for all the cynicims, I'm a romatic at heart and I'll pray that if you do choose to continue the relationship that it works out.

Best of luck bro...

Nice to sence some love around here again :D ..some time ago now since You used smooth words like that here, guys...words with a honest vibe in them I mean.

I came to think aboout moira when speaking of destiny...and what's better muse than love when writing lyrics or when being artistic in any way! Probably hate, but yeah...love is soooo much of a nicer subject thus equal power :)

And I'm not using heavy cynicims either this time (just a whee bit).... I'm simply the greatest cynic walking on this planet and haven't learned yet to breathe without it :P

I got inspired today.
Stole the first line from Deus ex Machinae :)

Somewhere close but far away.
A hidden beauty in a shell so cute.
My soulmate, alike but different.
My second half, yet still a mystery.

I miss her presence, but have it inside me.
Connected through the void, separated by reality.

We met through the cycle of three.
For three days we were one.
Our bodies joined, far from our homes.
Our first meeting, yet I've always known her.

The future unknown, again we walk alone.
Our souls connected, our minds now know.
