But... there are three "I don't think you understand"s xD Two of them sung by girl (high and middle), and the low is sung by Robert on gigs  ;)

i'll put them into midi soon as proof.  :)

(and i forgot to mention my voice is much worse that it was once  ;D )

BTW. there are more backing vocals in FF :)
Wait, there's another cover song I'm unaware of? :o

What gave you that impression?
The low part sung by Robert.

On gigs?

Yeah, that.

Playing a song you wrote live is not a cover version. It's "playing it live."

Oh so in that case it's a new or hidden song?

Mario, I don't get which bit you don't understand

We're talking about FF (Force Feedback) with the "I don't think you understand" section being sung by a girl (the high and middle versions) and the low version being sung by Rob, on gigs. I don't get where the whole "cover song" shit came from.

Are you guys still doing this? How will you go by without a guitarist?

If you are, I might be able to help out, though I have had recording problems in the past. How are you guys going to put the mix down in the end? Who's doing the compiling of all the tracks?

I'd love to try my hands at real mixing.

I'm doing a Music Technology A Level Course at school, and hoping to go on to Uni to do it, so I a) have some prior knowledge b) would benefit from the experience.

Cubase also has some built in tools, if you're using that particular DAW. VariAudio. I'm pretty sure some Mac DAWs like Logic have similar tools too.

The extent of my mixing would have been shitty work in garage band, so its all yours Hadou :)

I'm definitely still up for it, but It'll have to wait till the 24th for me, I've got my final A2 module then.

Yeah, I have exam modules (the most soon-ish of which is on Friday the 20th) but I will have time and stuff to do the mixing, especially since I should be "practising my DAW skills" as a sort of ongoing M. Tech homework task.

You guys chose probably the most technical song on A View for guitar :). I've started learning it off a tab posted on the forum early last year but it's incomplete and incorrect some places so I've started adding my own iterations - but blimey this song is pure shreddage for my fingers, especially that solo.

I'll get it eventually.
