Okay, I see. I'm experiencing lags on the same moments in the videos I've made, but only with VLC. Have you tried Media Player Classic?

I can't understand why everyone's coding into H.264 and it works great.

It sounds like it was recorded in English. Honestly, it probably would have been a better idea to use subtitles rather than a spoken translation laid on top of the original audio. If it were the other way around, and they were translating to English, I'd prefer subs.

You can switch between spoken languages if you have an option in your player (for example, Media Player Classic or VideoLan VLC can do it).
