I have never met anyone who studies anything with either 'Business' or 'Economics' in its title to be anything but a priveleged wanker with a false sense of self-entitlement and a remarkable lack of anything even approaching a working brain. They honestly amaze me by virtue of the simple fact that they are able to wake up in the morning and not find themselves eaten by a wolf.

I have to agree, that's true too. All those folks can do is read their book 3000 times and then complain that what they have to learn is too hard. Good thing I'm exactly in the middle of art / creativity and business, doing Communication.  O0

My GF grew up on a small island in the archipelago outside Stockholm, with three siblings in a family living solely off of her fathers sick pension. She started studying economics because she never wants to be poor again.
Then again, she tells me almost everyone she studies with is a privileged wanker with a false sense of self-entitlement.

They're mostly the kinds of people who look up to Gordon Gekko.

Two of my cousins study something like that, and they don't act any different. Maybe it's just a small group who are priveleged wankers?  :)

Because it's a well known FACT that most people studying economics-related stuff are privileged wankers. It's most likely your cousins that are the exceptions by not being wankers.
