Yeah I just started a new job the other day and they have a fully stocked kitchen with coke and softdrinks. So wish me the best of luck trying not to have any of that.

Have you considered trying to get more sleep? well that's if you need it.

Considered eating more protein to gain weight?

I have tried protein to gain weight, and it never works, and as for sleep, I could try and get to sleep at 9 or 10, but I end up staying awake in bed until 1 or 2. :/

You just have to force yourself up early in the morning, or take a night without sleep. That way, you're really tired once evening hits.

And then you have to keep getting up early, and keep getting to bed at a normal time.
