Right now I'm a bit unsure tho.
Nexus One isn't sold in Sweden so import a Nexus or import a droid?
Nexus one is faster but is it better?

The one thing that would keep me from upgrading (besides the monetary cost) is the fact that the Nexus doesn't have a physical keyboard. That's one of the things I love about the Droid.

Also, if you have an iPhone currently, you're on AT&T, which means a Droid will not work because it is a CDMA device, meaning it only works on Verizon. The Motorola Milestone is available in Europe, and is exactly the same as the Droid, but it is a GSM device, meaning it works on AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile.

@yasiekk: I actually sat down and hogged a friend's iPhone once for about 2 hours. I stand by my opinion that it is an inferior device. I have had absolutely zero problems with my Droid or any other Android device. And don't get me started on Apple's policies regarding apps. Sure, you can Jailbreak it, but that only proves my point: you shouldn't have to. Even without rooting my Droid (which was as simple as downloading a zip file to the root of my SD card and rebooting the phone), there were still LOADS of free, open-source apps available on the Android market that would work on my phone. And if that doesn't impress you, Android has built-in support for installing apps via package files that can be downloaded from all over the 'Net.

This is beginning to turn into a rant, so I'll just go now.

My cousin waited on buying the Droid so he could get a Nexus because it's essentially the same phone, but faster.

However, as Riax said, it doesn't have a physical keyboard, which IMHO is better than having a faster phone. That's why I prefer the G1 (HTC Dream) over the MyTouch (HTC Magic).

I can also second everything Riax said about Android and the iPhone. I've used the iPhone enough to safely say that the Android platform is miles better for those of us that would prefer not to live in Apple's perfect little bubble world.

Besides, and I may be the only one that feels this way, but I think getting all nitty-gritty with my technology gives me more of a personal bond with it. :D Can't really do that with Apple stuff (at least, not without potentially breaking it to get to that point).
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.

Yep, that's the way geeks feel.
We're open to such things, we've even talked many times about doing it with Inja, but in a way that's redundant because we can already get Erica
