I may need to drop out of the competition. My computer can hardly process half the stuff I need to make the video the way I want, and I don't intend to do a half-assed job.

How long will the trailer be? Since the whole video can't be more than 4min... anyways don't show off any good stuff that can make me jealous.  

Reminds me, we gotta have a MaSu-remix/cover competition after this one. My acoustic version of Hero is some dope ass sh*t.

I doubt anyone would wanna copy wot ive done so far, its just a low framerate mock-up really...if i can get snagit workin a lil better I'm gonna redo it so I guess i'll post a trailer

I like what i saw... only the framerate was a tad bit low.

What programs did you use? and what codec etc?
I think there are better programs to do in-game video capturing than snagit, like Fraps for ex.

Otherwise very nice... keep up the good work and you might just be a worty opponent.

don't ask me, I'm just the middle man. Ask VT... I'm flexible. I just have a major exam on the 8th of next month.

Anywho, VT the video you uploaded. Did you record that using the VideoEditing software?? Try using the fraps program I had posted in teh other thread. You might get a few frames.

I'll think about posting a preview of mine maybe later.

I am -really- discouraged to do any more work. What i've done so far is good, but very sloppy due to my horrible computer not being able to handle more than 6fps using SnagIt. Also not being able to use my intro video and stuff its just getting really hard on me... I may finish and I may not.

By the by, I just checked out your video VT its very good. The only thing it needs is a more definate introduction, and the text at the bottom like "Game Saved" and stuff if there is any way to rid it of that, do it like making it wide screen (overlay images of black bars along the top and bottom... Red vs Blue did wide screen to eliminate the HUD)

i dunno i kinda like all that stuff, it gives more of a "game" atmosphere...i agree about the introduction tho...I thot it was okay since it starts at the very start of Oni level 1, but i guess not every1 watching the vid wud kno that...

also fraps does nt seem very good....at least the trial version anywway, i'll try it out 2nite when i get home i guess

Fraps is a great program to capture any programs that use Dirx.
