Jack Lupino:
Hello fellow bored high school students & aspiring musicians

I recently started getting a bit more into polyrythms and off-beat sequences, now i wanted to know if someone here has experience in that kind of thing and what's the best way to go about it, writing and training-wise.

harvey danger:
Listen to lots of math metal.

Jack Lupino:
Gee thanks, that's like telling me to breathe

harvey danger:
 ;D

Niccho:
You're going the right way man! :D
Meshuggah and Textures have been the best influence for me in all dem polyrhythm stuffs so you should check them out. Can't really give any tips for traning or writing though :<

Found an interesting video though:
