Their new album, The Art of War, got leaked a while ago. It's so fucking awesome it's unreal. Get it.

What are they?
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.

It's not out yet, afaik.

What are they?

A Swedish power metal band with lyrics about modern wars. They use a lot of slower paced, march like rythms in their songs.

Power metal and I don't mix well together. :P

Well - their vocals are awesome - not following the average power metal bands, but rather a more raw, lower pitched style :) Thing their cd will land in my mailbox today.

I liked Primo Victoria quite a lot. On the other hand some of their songs were little bit too much, even for me :D
Random ramblings and furious feminine novels per versatility.

I snagged a few random songs on google video while at work. I dont recall one of their names, but I think one was Wolfpack.

I guess it had some potential, but when I started paying attention to the lyrics I couldn't help but giggle (yes, I giggled!)

I'm certainly willing to listen to more, but what I've heard so far doesn't really make me fan personally. I can see why some power metal people might dig it. ;)

Well, giggling to their texts is completely OK. They don't take themselves seriously at all. For example, the usual presentation of their song Rise of Evil at live performances is something like "This is not a song about the rise of Adolf Hitler. This is a love song. It's about my cock: The Rise of Evil!"

And Wolfpack is an awesome song.

Got the limited ed. of Art of War a few days ago - it really rocks! And first CD I've ever bought that gives you a real book - Sun Tzu: The Art of War was included ;)
