Garage Band
« on: November 30, 2007, 02:53:38 am »
I has a mac and it came with garage band, but i was stoopid and deleted it two years ago.  Now I'm trying to find it again, and i've failed miserably.
I went looting around my computer and found the old application somewhere and used it and recorded a song and all that jazz, but now when I went to go open it up, it magicaly disappeared.
Nowhere on the internet can i find a version that works on my computer (OS 10.4.11)

Well, if it came with garageband you should be able to go to a Mac reseller and explain your problem.
I don't really know anuthing about Mac tho, so if anyone's got a better suggestion please go ahead and ovverride my statement.

I think you should be able to extract it from your install CD/DVD using a tool called pacifist.
We're open to such things, we've even talked many times about doing it with Inja, but in a way that's redundant because we can already get Erica

Don't Macs generally come with backup discs? Even if it's pre installed?

It'll be on the cd that came with the mac, if you still have it.

i probably still have the disk somewheres.  spanks a bunch.

btw, i'm hijacking mah own thread, i've recently downloaded a bunch of games(oh noes), namely both F.E.A.R. expansions and The Witcher, and for some reason, everytime i try to run it, it asks me for the origional disk.  I have Yasu and Daemon tools, but it wont hide.
any help on that?
