Playing videogames is still a major part of our lives.

As fore inspiration I can just answer for myself.
I get inspiration from a lot of places. Korn's baseplayer has one of my favourite sounds. Dustbrothers got the rythm I want.
When I hear a sound I like I get inspiration from it, as it was with Gazus song here: http://bracagazus.free.fr/tracks/crushcrushcrush.mp3 .
It wasn't actually the song that inspired me as much as the sounds and the rythms.

Listen too the Fight Club soundtrack while drinking coffee with a tad of whisky and smoking a cigarette at the same time as you're playing Got The Life and looking at ingame fotage from Silkworm. That's my kung fu.

And don't you dare ask me about Silkworm and then try to call yourself a gamer =P

what's the oldest still working console and game that you have?

AND if you do, does it need some kind of tricks and special techniques to make it work properly? (for example: my friend's NES needs to be turned upside-down to make it work)

it's not a music related question but I'll ask it anyway ;D
HAY!!! who stole my avatar... again...

Have you ever got any response on your cover songs (Gimme More, Freestyler, ITTY) by the original artist?
