A little offtopic, But while i searched on google video to see if the video had got there i happened to find this.
A live cover of TTLG. The singer apparently have not done her homework. But whatever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6fkN2VTrys

Indeed, I'm quite certain it can teach us a valuable lesson. About something.

Hmm, interesting thread, here is my two cents.

First off, I think there is a huge failure in understanding stuff in this thread. Like for example, what type of video it should be. If anyone in Machinae Supremacy, for example, would put on a Jets'N'Guns-shirt in the video I would loose pretty much all respect I have for them. But I'm not too worried, because they most likely wont. Its been said before and bears repeating, most of you havent seen Machinae Supremacy Live, so if you wanna stay fans of Machinae Supremacy this is a good chance to see how they perform before you get this crazy idea of them doing cosplay on stage and wanting to make videos where they run around in some C64-world and battle the gianna sisters. It wont happen, get used to it.

As to liking their earliest work. Sure, no problem. I liked it to, but the production quality sucks compared to today. It did make me a fan of Machinae Supremacy though, but what I love most about Machinae is them reinventing themselves all the time. The band is constantly evolving, and seemingly faster than alot of their fans. Sure they like the fans, but if the fans wont accept them making music THEY like and making music they like to make, I honestly dont think they care if they loose a fan or two. Fans like what the band makes, not the other way around, that is how it works. Like it or leave it.

About the video. It has its kinks, but great video all together. The only thing I dont like is the editing, and that is because of the makers not being skilled enough. All in all, they look cool. Great with mostly band shots when making a first video in my oppinion, because I want to see the band.

Just saw the video in HD finally, I'd been watching the smaller versions at work.

I honestly was expecting mostly shots of the band - it was filmed in what, two days? With limited funding, first time video, everyone was just getting their feet wet. But the results are really cool for someone like me, who can't see the band live. So seeing the band in 720p is officially as close to seeing them in person as I've gotten. And I loved it. I was glad to see they didn't try to put on a mask either. They all had the same energy, movements, and style they do in any live clip I've seen. So in MY opinion, that was 100% machinae style.

Anywho, I liked it. Congratulations on all that jaz.

So with that said, whens the next one!? =P

Eh.  It seemed like it was filmed nice and clean. Wish it was more of a music video than a staged live recording, but I can understand where budget comes into play.

Not read the whole thread, so I dunno if anyone knows; but there're some new versions of the video up, avi files with both the RE and the UE versions of the song. Oh, and hello.

Damnit, why is the 3gp video so big?
12mb is much for someone without a memory card for the cell.
