Warhammer 40k!

Well, I am currently downloading it.
Anyone that has played it have any usefull tips? :P
Like, good beginner races, units, tactics etc.
I am not a beginner in the rts style, I devastate in StarCraft.
So, anyone got some tips? ^__^

Which game? DoW, DoW:WA or DoW:DC?

If you want to have it easy, start with Space Marines. They key is to steal resource points from your opponent without losing yours to hurt his economy and hopefully expand your base forward. Shooting units should stay out of close combat, close combat units can be used to disrupt enemy shooting units to help you win firefights...and tanks do not die to basic grunts unless they are very flimsy. You need anti tank weapons against tanks, unlike most old RTS.

I was planning on just regular DoW, but maybe later I will get the expasions. (Depends on how many seeders) ;)
