I always wanted to see something for Flagcarrier. A beaten and bloody soldier in medieval garb because im just like that, holding a tattered battle flag with fiery hell in the background, but somewhere a beam of light from the heavens 'opening up to embrace'.
for that one...it is a mix of:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v470/Chronologix/ReallyLargeStuffedTeddy.jpg

EDIT: Attempt @ Flagcarrier:

much excellence!
you seem to make these very quickly and with high quality.
much awe I have in you!

and Dim, I always imagined Flagcarrier with a much more "wintery" feel.
probably because of the lines

I can't feel my legs
but still I keep going
I can't feel my hands
but still I rest knowing
that I won't go alone

I realize that it's also possible that he is injured and feeling is slowly draining from his extremities, but the image of marching
through the snow after a lost battle is much more stable in my mind.

oh, and Chrono, do you think an attempt at Throttle and Mask is possible?
I always imagined the very typical young swordsman leaving the village to follow an epic adventure/ join an army, only to find that that sort of life is much harder than he could have imagined.

I don't know what you might be able to think up, but you're definetly -awesome- at it.

phoar hawt! :D

i see flagcarrier as being a few different things. when i first started listening to it id 'see' an army mounted on horseback in the distance with a sunset behind them, flags held high.

then i started seeing a lone warrior barely alive and abandoned after an attack

That's actually really awesome.
Very close to what I was thinking, in fact.
At least half of it, at least.  Perhaps if some sort of transition within the picture was added to show the young man when he's older, battle hardened and tired.

edit: Oh, and might I suggest something for all to take part in?
perhaps, if everyone (especially Chrono) is willing, we could debate the meanings of songs and come up with the best image we
can of it, then Chrono can go ahead and make the sig for it.
could be fun ;D

I always felt T&M was more of a motorised song. I more imagine a pilot of some kind of batmobile-ish vehicle driving when I hear that song. When he hears the radio, he puts on his mask, and drives away to do whatever he is supposed to do. The Sid really feels like the intro to some 16-bit combat car game (a la Spy Hunter) to me, so I guess he's going out to kick some ass in his batmobile.

Machinae Supremacy - Dreadnaught lyrics:

So we're finally united here
at the crossroads of our fears
Now the voice of god is everywhere
in our heads and in our ears

Turn the world into an enemy
and believe in me
I will make you see

I will never grant you ground
remember me and why you all bow down
to a metal forge dominion
Silent in a heart of steel
the voice that speaks so any man can feel
You believe in our dominion

Now the terror is the other we
and their unholy deity
It's time to boost the notoriety
of our great society

A Dreadnought from Warhammer 40000:

It is a walking tomb for mortally wonded warriors. They are reborn into a Dreadnought to fight forever on.
They fight for the religious Imperium of Man. A human, galaxy spanning empire that tolerates no alien life and belives that the galaxy is the dominion solely of mankind. The people of the Imperium worship the Immortal God Emperor of Mankind. They fight to expand the reach of the empire into dark corners of the galaxy.
There are traitor humans, and they follow the Chaos gods. They terrorise pretty much everyone, being chaotic and everything.

See any connections that it's possible to make there? I do. I'd have a sig featuring that if I weren't so lazy.

Ja?
I think the only indication of that is the actual song title itself.

I LOVE the flag one. Love that song to fucking pieces and you did it justice, it reminds me of Magic the Gathering in a way that makes me orgasm.

So can you actually draw at all? Like, pen and pencil draw?

Oh, and you = win.

Have a meaningless applaud. :)

i used to be a charcoal canvas type of person....but kinda strayed away from it and grew into more digital art and manipulation kinds of things. Anyone else have any song visions?
