Holy fuck. Okay, doesn't tell much about the game... but the whole trailer seems to have been made to please the fans. Vault Boy. Ink Spots (the very song they wanted to use in Fallout one but couldn't due to licensing). Power armour. 50's retro. RON FUCKING PEARLMAN. FUCK!

War.. war never changes..

Ah, you beat me. It's been confirmed for all major gaming platforms.

"Does not bode well" is right.
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.

War. War never changes. ;D

This could be fun. Stop being so damn pessimistic. Bethesda might actually get this right.

Bethesda has never got anything else right, why start now?

On the contrary. They did get Morrowind right, and they weren't far off with Oblivion.

This shows us that they're pretty good with cRPGs. Fallout lands in the same category. Ergo, they have a good shot at getting it right.

If it turns out anything like Morrowind or Oblivion then Vault Boy will shed radioactive tears.

Meh, I've given up hope for anything that'll stand up to the awesomeness of Fallout 1 & 2. But I'm sure Beth are quite capable of producing a game that's awesome in its own right.

fallout is nothing like elder scrolls. that's like saying king's field and final fantasy are the same because they're both on the playstation 2.
