Fear Of A Blank Planet

So the new Porcupine Tree album came out yesterday. Has anyone else bought it? I got it today and I think it's pretty awesome. I don't know if it's their best work but it's definetly top stuff.

I didn't buy it but it's fucking awesome

2 of my best mates met Stephen Wilson yesterday, bastards

Anesthetise is, imo, their best song, apparently they've played it live a few times and coincidentally those 2 mates were there when PT played it aswell, they're pretty big fans to say the least
But if one day we meet together while I'm drunk, I promise you to draw a big group sex picture including a lot of forumites. :D

I pre-ordered the album + 5.1 dvd, but it still hasn't arrived (damn you play.com!!), so I'm stuck listening to the leak at the moment. I wasn't particularly amazed after my first listen, but the more i've played it the more it's grown on me. Anesthetize absolutely ROCKS!

I've only got a few songs by Porcupine Tree but they're pretty good from what I've heard. Downloading this album now and if its decent I'll probably invest in the actual album, especially seeing as I finally got a working paypal and ebay account going the other day.

Decent stuff indeed.
I love the strings in "Sleep Together".
Wasn't caught that much by Anesthetize at first listening. Gotta listen to the album a few time on repeat mode to catch the more possible that it brings.

It's good, but no Lightbulb Sun or Stupid Dream.
