*goto page three for typy new stuff.

Trip Report Number #nth:

I cant remember what I posted about the last time so I'll type stuff. The last time I started to study comp sci part time. That never really worked out so I quit my job, after 2 1/2 years, and became a full time student. I'd have to say this is the happiest I have been in for a long time. The work Im doing as a student is alot more rewarding and fun, you see the rewards in greater detail. But alas the money will be calling me back again soon, I just hope I can continue on even as a part time student.

That's about it, I've got stacks more music and I just listen to MaSu for the first time in about a year. I even purchased their lasted album from a CD store down town. I was so happy when I found it.

A word of advise to anyone thinking about doing shift work - it sucks. Try and stay clear of it unless you really need the work, for money or experience. Note: I'm not talking about shift work in being oncall, that's ok not great but ok. Shift work 8-12 hour long days where driving 1 hour to get home at 7am in peak hour can be kinda terrifying after being awake for 20 hours.

Its nice to see most of the people are still active on these board.

IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND!!
What NINE THOUSAND! will that ever get old?

"I just recently discovered Kenna via Malcolm Gladwell's Blink."
Thats where I discovered Kenna too. Its quite funny to hear about how many people love his work, but also how he came to be.

"I would love to do David Bowie  Wink Seriously, he's like a hot androgynous elf."
I absolutely agree with you on that one. I cant believe how much plastic surgery he has had to get him to look how he is today. You look at him in zoolander or anything recent then compare it to like the man who fell to earth and its like woah. My favorite songs are:
 - The man who sold the world (i love the guitar at the start. Im still trying to uncover this songs true meaning, )
 - Ashes to ashes (but the little green wheels are folling me, oh no not again,
 - China girl (seems soooo wrong in todays day and age)
 - space oddity, starman, ziggy stardust and all the rest

"Just tell me who you are and were actually"
I introduced a few long lasting threads in my time, a few includes:
 - The person above me - great idea, but I wasnt really in a spamming mood myself
 - What are you listening to - in music
 - adventure story or choose your own adventure thread- fun .. but sometimes people lost interest in it
 - the hot seats - got a bit to much at one point but everyone had lots of fun.

Although by the end of it, I was not very active and I probably slipped under the rader for a bit. I was very active in the start, only joining not long after/before VT and Smeagol(damn your massive heat-a-gram), back when the board was basic with redish type of theme. Back when gravehill (limeriver?), and bearfoot posted a fair bit, I remember laser_turret(oh yes I went there) and I think somthing_apt there too. I think the board had been open for about a 6months-1 year or so before I found it. *turns red* your making me feel old now.

Good to see you again Chompy.

No one leaves the MaSu forums forever.

NO. ONE.
