Another similar dish, the gyros pita, beats all the kebabs I've eaten, though. Or more specifically, the gyros pita of a small shop on the island Antiparos beats them. Gyros pita is made using the same rotating meat-spear, but the filling is somewhat different. There's usually tomato, red onion and tzatziki, and often fried potato or french fries, and the meat is usually pork.

I've tasted that once when I was in greece. It was on our last day there and damn how I've missed that dish :) I bought it at a small place in a small town near athens and I'm yet to find such tasty fast food. I love greek food in general too. I like to make my own tzatziki every now and then, usually turns out quite good. I'll share the recipe if you want to :)

Oh, and back to topic. Yes, I do like kebab.

Best drunk memory I have, ever - going down to the kebab shop at 4am in the morning with a few mates (in the middle of winter), getting a kebab each, and eating them under the entrance of an old run-down building, sheltered from the pouring rain.

Kebabs taste so much better while drunk, and soaked in rain, blood, sweat, tears and vomit.

I puked on a car. HARDCORE.

You can't have been that drunk if you remember it so well :P

My best memory is the gaps
But if one day we meet together while I'm drunk, I promise you to draw a big group sex picture including a lot of forumites. :D

The best times is when you remember being at a pub/party/whatever, about to leave. Then the next thing you remember is sitting with a nice hot kebab in your hands, ready to dig in. All good things in, shitty things like taking the bus to the kebab out.

Did you learn English playing Counterstrike?
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.

Now now. It's just a bit of hazing.  ;) Can you really blame us? But, yes, take notes on the language, if you ever hope to survive in the English-speaking world. If you don't, then... you're all set.  :D

And go introduce yourself in the Introductions and Farewells section! We'd love to know more about you.

Now that's an good idea. I have been little bit puzzled of him not introducing himself properly yet but since he fits here so well I thought what the hell. But now when someone else has noted this very serious thing as well I strongly agree that we should get proper introduction.
