Anyone else catch the Spartan dropkick near the start?

Definitely a great moment.

I saw it yesterday, in english.
First thing : in french version, the credits have a crappy french rap thing as "music" (they did the same for prison break; a strange but efficient way to promote such interest-less rappers/others) instead of the original credits music (the room were I saw the movie projected the french version then the original one).
Colors are beautiful, I love those textures. This is art.
Pretty charismatic characters, Xerxes is such a bitch, Leonidas is the shit, proud, spartian, heroic, epic.
Battles are violent, damn funny sometimes. I saw a lot of clichés, but well, that give some charm to the whole thing (except the Axe style from some sequences : Leonidas in Sparta, unable to get some sleep, finaly go inside his room to get some fun with the queen. The picture when he stands outside made me think of a Axe publicity, or some cosmetic products).
And damn, there were nipples. Incredible for a non french production (... ok, I gotta go to cinema more often).

The best thing ? I was payed 3.50 € to see the movie. The cash clerck gave me back my 10€ bill. \o/

So much things to add, I loved that tribal mood in the OST, the guitars... I liked this movie. Not the best one I saw but damn, that was a good moment.
OMFG LEGO Machinae !

The movie is pretty kewl, but the plot was pretty crap, in terms that we all knew what will happen. I don't like movies with such straightforward endings :(

yes, the emoticon was intentional, to make the sentence emo-like.
