When Sobella first registered, her original username was "sobella_science". The system uses your original username internally (for example, for private messages); INSERT INTO yabbse_messages (ID_MSG, ID_TOPIC, ID_MEMBER, subject, posterName, posterEmail, posterTime, posterIP, smiliesEnabled, modifiedTime, modifiedName, body, icon, attachmentSize, attachmentFilename) VALUES but you can change your display name at any time by using your profile page. However, when an account is deleted, so are the profile settings, so it reverts back to the original username.
