No, he's right. The forum is just fucked up at several ends.

I never said he wasn't right. There's a reason I only come around when I'm bored anymore.

I didn't mean you :) i just posted that while you posted yours and it came beneath your post.
edit: aimed@masked, ignore trias post ;p

no.
stuff is as fucked up as you let it fuck you up, and you will always feel as much pressure as you let it pressure you.

"What if i get a letter saying im not good enough ?!"  << fuck the letter and do something you like instead of doing something you are supposed to like. thats a general statement, i dont know your situation, so i wont lose a word 'bout it.

i would not like my future to fall in place. that'd be sick ._´.
Everybody takes their future as it comes.
Wether you like it, is a different story.

well, i dont like the idea. take the future as it comes. i mean, sure, reacting properly and stuff, making the best of the shit thrown at you and so on.
but "taking it as it comes"?
no. its not a different story whether you like "it".
this whole statement implys passivity. just live along, and hope it doesnt hurt to much.

general positive attitude of course helps in all kinds of situations, especially those you can't control ;), but in the end its still you who is able to decide. theres like one person who decides what to do, and thats, well, you ;/.
and if you dont like "it", than there is an option to change(maybe even preemptively ^^). doesnt mean it has to be easy or anything, but there is choice.

Been talking with Rad on msn. Sorted a few things out and i made all my well due apologies to him. Anybody else with the beef should do so aswell, stop using people as fucking punching bags, i know i have. and its to do with shit outside of the forum.

I've had 4 people die on me in the last year, close close people, death, murder, disease its all came into it, and when i had a really great chance to make things nice and have a nice girlfriend, it all blew up and she didn't even amount to what i had hoped for. I'm not the only one with a shitty story to my reasoning to being so careless of other peoples feelings on this forum. Now this was a nice nice forum, but there is clearly something fucked up about this whole tension and constant flaming each other. I've done a fair majority of it, but others have too. And its a select few. Heres the thing, leave rad alone, everybody is different and he's not a bad guy.

We just seemed to care less about our manners and courtesy to others these last months. And i for one, am changing that. I've explained to Rad that i left the forums because i lost my uncle. Not to achieve anything new. Anything is within our reach with staying on the forums. And certainly manners should already be within our grasp, so lets keep a hold of ourselves and vent with a little more consideration to others. Rad, like i said, i am sorry. And it won't happen again. And if it seems to be happening, ill catch myself on. But i'll be more aware of it from now on.

So should the rest of you, SpeedD and Fallout to name a few.

And here again, for the forum, to make things clear.

MDX and i talked, and i'll gladly accept his apology.

That however, does solve some of the problems, but not all of them.
Im just amazed of how careless people can communicate with eachoter, we're all people and we all have our own shit to deal with.
Think about the things you say before you say it.

Of course, its the internet, who fucking cares right ?

Some people don't care, some people do, whatever, its only logical to know if you keep hitting someone, sooner or later he's going to hit back.

Some might say my posting style is somewhat.. different.
Different people, different styles i say.
But i know when i go to far, and i never post something that would actually hurt a person.
Other than you might think, i post a whole lot less, and more containing than i used to when i just joined the forum.

For me i just posted something about my life, and to get it spit back in my face was already a lot to comprehend.
Then asking for an explanation, and getting told to shut up is a fucked up way to treat a person.

Alrighty Rad...

Well, let's see...

Pretty much every shot I take at you, pretty much everything negative I say about anyone here, is in jest. I'M NOT SERIOUS. I still feel that you're overreacting to the comments made here. But in all honesty, I find you to be quite annoying at times; as I'm sure others find me annoying. But I don't feel that I should "lighten up" simply because you're offended by anything negaitve thrown your way. But, I shall.

In all fairness, I'm quite proud of you Rad, you actually accomplished something. You should be proud of it, but you also should consider what you're saying before you post it.

Go back, read Fallouts post multiple times. All it is, is Fallout poking a little fun at your heritage. Fiindil does the same to Canadians. Frankly, I am quite rude to you, and sometimes downright mean. But typically, it's in responce to something I find to be utterly...stupid. Take my last post for example...I posted in a harsher manner than usual because I felt/feel you were over-reacting to what Fallout posted.

I am truely sorry if I've offended you, and will take...percautions in the future.

My true question is though, why did you not mention that you were offended by such comments before? Surely this is not the first time Fallout, or anyone has made fun of you. Why let it reach this point? We're not that insensitive; if you let us know that you're offended (But not by trying to flame us :P) then we'll probably stop.

Anyhow, this post is FAR from well thought out. So ignore it if you want, I don't care. Maybe we'll both be thinking clearer tommorow.

it's true. and very nice.

he HAS mentioned it, multiple times. I won't go find the posts, but this isn't all of a sudden.

However, there's no need to argue over nothingness. Civilization can return to the forums and they can be the frolicsome and joyous place we know them to be at their heart.

I can't help thinking that this is like a relationship, where quarrels are inevitable but getting through them is the important part, and coming out with a fuller understanding of your partner... awwwww.

Why quote rad when youre speaking to spunky, plus the website is good. the jpg quality is fine, if you're speaking about the first website which spunky has shown. Congrats spunky. Thats decent work. Its not the most breathtaking website ive ever seen but its not crap. Far from it.

Whoa whoa i think peopel are missing the point here. i don't make websites  8) I'm a programmer. i'm making a program for the company called Skanska and i linked their webpage cause i knew people would ask "Who is Skanska" :)

My program is a "Grouting Specialist Construction Management Tool" which will organise a sites supervisors, the work they have to do, the work they've done and a shit load of other stuff (not including solitare).

You should add a multiplayer game instead...solitaire is rather boring when played for too long.

Also, I'm one of the people who doesn't take what you people say seriously, and neither do I take what I myself say seriously*. You may proceed to poke fun at me, but be aware that I will poke back. The stick is not sharp, though, and if I ever poke to hard, do tell.

*that's not to say I don't like a good, serious discussion now and again. I love it. But the main reason I hang around in these forums is the delightful unseriousness. It's a perfect place do de-stress after a hard day of getting up late, doing nothing 'till noon, and having to work an entire 2 hours before I can do whatever I want (yeah, the student life is hard).
