Last I saw it, many years ago, LUE (Life, Universe and Everything) was basically the shameful trash heap of the GameFAQs forums, almost completely unmoderated. The board eventually had to be swept under the carpet for good - in other words, it's not open to the public anymore. My friend was signed up and used to go there. She regrets it every day of her life. *Spooky music*

I have no idea about the current state of LUE, both in regards to moderation rules and discussion topics, but I don't think I want to know anyway.

I haven't been to LUE in ages, I think my account does not work anymore. I use a friends account to get into LL when I want something from it.

To those wondering what LL is: keep wondering, because it doesn't exist.
