I ordered the two CDs about a week ago. I paid with TellusPay and received the comfirmation email from system@telluspay.com. The order is shown correctly in the shop's account page, but all this time it has stayed in the pending state. Also the payment method is shown as PayPal, although I paid with TellusPay. The money has been deducted from my bank account.

Is this normal behavior or should I be concerned? Reading the past posts I get the picture that the order should go into processing state as soon as the payment is received.

I already emailed these same questions to the address given in the PDF invoice (andreas@hubnester.com) but I haven't received any reply.

Hooray! The merch got here last week [I've just been a bit too busy to thank you guys earlier]. The dispatch note had someone's handwriting, that kind of made us fantasize whose scribble it really was. ;P
Our sysadmin is no longer mad either after receiving his t-shirt and CD's, and the hoodies are really cozy and warm in this chilly October weather.

According to what I have read here my order is fine but is there any way to see the state of my order? It'd be good to know when I can expect the package since I'm not home much due to army...
