We're incredibly sorry that some orders have been delayed. We're working on getting them to you as soon as possible. It's the orders containing clothing that has been affected the most. Please hang in there.

The orders shipping to the US should normaly take 2-3 weeks. If you put your items in the shopping cart and go to the check out you will see the shipping cost.

robert mentioned that it will be available through the machinaeshop, but to do this the band themselves will have to buy the albums off the label, and then sell them on. so it doesnt do them any better financially.
(i think that's right, maybe not... go search :p )

So if u made an order to be delivered to the uk on the 8th of august when should you be expecting it? cos its strange that its taken almost 2 months now and when i ordered redeemer for the first time it came in just under a month if i remember

pfft, newbie... i've actually had over 400 posts with two other accounts, which i both deleted. but sorry to let you down, i'll start dreaming bout you if it'll make you feel any better  ;D

i really hope that RRE is available from MachinaeShop or Amazon or somewhere like that, i'm UBER paranoid about online shopping  :-\
