I wouldn't know. There is no license. We've never really thought about it any further than "ok, so we have a new song, let's put it on our homepage"...
I'd probably say, that the answer to your question is that standard authorship rules apply. If you want to do something other than listen to our music, you better ask us about it.
We get emails all the time from people who ask things like "can we use a song or two for this or that purpose" and we answer how we feel about it.
Perhaps when the album is finished we'll take a look at that license issue a bit more seriously.
