Doom 3's a horrible game really. It runs like crap on my computer too.

So really, you just hate it cause your computer sucks  :P

Mario Kart for the DS is so uber its not even funny. I can't wait to get one of those USB wifi connectors to play online, hopefully I'll still be able to do it with dialup. What are everyone's favourite characters to use in the game? I prefer Luigi: great balance of speed, acceleration and handling.
What meaning has my life that the inevitability of death cannot destroy it?

I thought Doom III was okayish, though it was a one trick pony.

Quake 4 just sucks painfully.

I plan to go buy some DS games, maybe tomorrow after work. Yay.

Bowser isn't too bad in Mario Kart if you don't mind being hit around. As soon as you slipstream someone, they are pretty much gone, due to Bowser's insane weight. At the moment though, Drybone isn't too bad.

Kinda, but the gameplay is still boring.

Yah I feel the same way. They're too busy trying to give you cheap scares that theres hardly any good/skillfull gameplay involved.

I'm playing Sniper Elite right now and its a pretty decent game. Worth taking a look at anyways if you're looking for a good 3rd person tacticalish game.

Doom 3 has too much imps, former humans and shotgun sergeants.
But the most annoying thing is all the narrow places, the entire game is a narrow place.

The other monsters and the big rooms are so few they don't even count as part of the game.
If I see a mod that has remakes of the original doom 1/2 maps I'd install Doom 3 again, but the original doom 3 really sucks.

I think I prefered the close quarters combat.. It's why I prefered Half-Life over Half-Life 2..

I think I've seen one that does that. I'll look for you. My main tactic, when I play, is see them then camp a door. Then run out and Boom goes my shotgun.

My brother does something similar in Call of Duty, except with a sniper rifle. His excuse?

'I'm not camping, it's defending'

Fucking pathetic. Likely, it's the only reason why he refuses to play at any other genre other than FPS over the LAN.
