Tell me if it's good, and if it is, what impression it gives. It's supposed to be Jack's painted face from Lord of the Flies. For English class.

You should tell your teacher that collage is, in fact, not japanese for copy, but derived from the french word coller, meaning "to stick" or "to glue". You could also point to the fact that Pablo Picasso, arguably the greatest pictoral artist of the 20th century, made several (famous) collages.

Anyway, she's an english teacher. She probably wouldn't know art if it got stuck up her nose.

As for the actual piece of art this thread is supposed to be discussing, I've seen better, but then again, you're not a world-famous artist. I like it, though the smile does make it look a bit too kind.

Well, I did do it in about ten minutes. It was sort of a last-minute deal >_>

Anyhow, I just rambled about how red, white, and black are the most basic colors (it makes sense in light; don't know anything about pigment), and red is id and what not.

I think I got a fairly good grade, because I made up crap on the spot and talked the longest out of my classmates.

Procrastination is what I live off of.

Homework gets done at midnight till' two, then I finish it off in the 20 minutes that I have in the morning. I'm pretty bad when it comes to showing initiative, but I work amazingly well under pressure.

It's almost always done, and rakes in the marks.

I used to procrastinate...

But now I just stopped doing it.

Ha, we "read" Lord of the Flies last year ("read" because we didn't actually read it, because my English teacher was a lazy ass and a complete fucking moron, and never did the work he was supposed to) and when we watched the old black-and-white movie we just watched the scene where Piggy gets crushed by the boulder over and over and over.

Yeah, I procrastinate too, not healthy, but I just can't bring myself to do the work. I still do well enough, but I should really be putting in more effort, as this is a pretty tough year class-wise.

Yay for making crap up on the spot, I do that a lot and it's always worked well enough.  ;D
That's the problem with heroes, really. Their only purpose in life is to thwart others. They make no plans, develop no strategies. They react instead of act. Without villains, heroes would stagnate. Without heroes, villains would be running the world. Heroes have morals. Villains have work ethic.
