Anybody still playing Gunz?
« on: September 15, 2005, 06:42:19 pm »
Gunz seems to work up here in Trondheim, and I was wondering if there are still forumers playing it? I've played it a little today, and it's fairly fun. Leveled up to 5, I believe, after maybe 2 hours of playing.

Have they fixed the rampant hacker and lag issues yet?

I don't know. There's still quite a lot (~200) lag, but I've no idea about hackers.

The problem, I believe, is that the servers are located, well, far away. Had they used an open solution, where you could create your own servers, the lag would have been greatly reduced.

Yeah, maybe I'll start playing it again when that goes away.

Magicman, your avatar isn't as cool as it used to be.

That's all.

Oh, and I leveled up to 8, I believe it was. Is this abnormally fast, and am I bugging, or am I just abnormally skilled (I've noticed I've had twice the amount of xp as the other players several times, but then again, I've also had quite a lot more kills).

I think I may download it, the only thing I'm unsure of is my graphics card. Processor is up to par, though.  :D

It's still not as scary as cute.gif.

Or as the freaky strawberryelf.

On the other hand, it is freaky.

The MotU has found it pleasing.

Pleasing enough to let you live.

Jesus Christ, that thing is going to ahunt my dreams...

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

You may now proceed to make love to the beautiful girl.

My graphics card can handle the game! Whooo!

And here I thought my TNT2 was total crap.

I got to around level 7/8 in about 2 days, could have done far better if it wasn't for the stupid latency (I seemed to average around 1274)
