Kay, I've got down a basic progression for the song...  I'm not sure how I'm going to structure it though, I want the Run Away part to be slower, then get all loud and angry at the 2nd part...  I'll probably borrow the singer from my band to do vocals, you can all tell me if he sucks.

Actually I'm pretty much done the song now.  I'll record it maybe tomorrow if I can get the chance, I'd do it now but:
1.  The singer hasn't heard the actual song
2.  I need to practice the outro
3.  I don't plan to follow any pattern, just when he gets to a new section with the vocals I'll switch too

Copy and paste the link into your adress bar. Then it works.

A bit dramatic song, Xeero

But a nice way to make it.

My version is uber punkstyle so there is contrast :D

Hehe, the fun part is the 4 minutes of soloing I got to do.  There aren't really all that many lyrics and the lyrics go by quite fast.

I'm satisfied with it, though, albiet my solos are kinda so-so I think.

Xeero, that's great! The way you put the lyrics into the song is excellent, although you shouted a little loud sometimes in the mic in the second part. ;) Maybe I should wait for Radic's version too before I let my friend hear them. :) Providing that you'll soon be done with yours, Radic?

If you liked doing this, I have more of her song texts, some very long, but some short.

I wasn't the one doing vocals, my voice is way deeper than that guy's.  I can't hit many of the notes he does without going into my falsetto.

So all in all, I think my soloing sucked, but was decent enough.  We'll see.
