Its called Once You Pop, You Can't Stop

Sick stuff, Niccho. And you have a good clean mixing job, too. I'm in awe. :9

It's a shame you're looking for a singer H, this stuff is awesome as instrumental stuff.

Haha thanks Ant. I do plan on keeping/making an instrumental metal song, but I'm not sure which direction I want to take that in if I make another. Have to ponder that a bit more :)

Dude, great stuff, however you might want to consider changing the crash cymbals into something less dominant, it sounds like there's just white noise in the background at parts

NYAR!

Update on a cover song I did.

Castlevania - "Wicked Child", as per an update by me. This mix includes:

1) a better overall mixing job.
2) an original (barely passable) solo thinger in the second half of the song.
3) better playing on my behalf :p
4) Updated drums.
5) A redone (and quite rockin') ending to the song.

I'm very pleased with how this turned out. ;D

Give it a listen if you are bored.

New track all by me, enjoy and don't forget to rock out,

FFFUCK YEAH!

 ;)

Is there another place where I can download this rockin' tune from? This link isn't letting me download it. :(

Sounds great! Very much like older MaSu stuffs. You should really get better drumsamples though. Those mididrums have absolutely no balls..

Bah. That's not working either. Can you put it somewhere else (preferably someplace that I do not have to log in to get it? :P)

H - Very much liked the Wicked Child song, the only beef I have with it is the guitar solo seems a little quiet and the rhythm guitar overpowers it somewhat. I am listening from headphones so, that might be why.

Rad - Very nice mosh song :) at about 26 seconds in though it cuts out slightly un-smoothly, if it's a deliberate cut out that is, as I said, mosh song! \m/

Well the past week or so I've been working on some medieval style music for an mmorpg I've been working with on and off for the past 3 years. The whole song it self is currently 27 minutes long which is slightly insane I know but I'm hoping it's going to be used as music for when people are going on long journeys to just relax, enjoy and watch their character run/gallop/fly to their next destination.

I can't take full credit for this as the original compositions came from a band called Ozric Tentacles (English space-rock instrumental band) but I did do some editing, rejiggling of notes, added a duet and substituted the instruments for medieval ones. Anyway, here are some samples:

http://kiwi6.com/file?id=wuzl1uwx
http://kiwi6.com/file?id=uj65y7mz
http://kiwi6.com/file?id=rshfsa4r

Used; dulcimers, harpsichords, harps, djembas, tablas, tambourines, flutes, choirs, recordings of birds and an acoustic bass (couldn't find anywhere what they may have used for the very low notes back in medieval/renaissance times).

So my laptop went and broke.. for the second time in a year ffs! So now i can't make any good quality recordings for like month or two :(

However i decided to use my old computer (which sucks ass, because it can't even run POD Farm or DFH properly) and screw around with these drumsamples i made (didn't record them myself though). So i took my good olde GNX3 and played some good olde prog wankery and here's the result: Dresden Variation

The guitars have quite alot of buzz on the background, cause as i said, this computer really sucks assholes.

Enjoy.

All hail good ppl.

I managed to make a complete song for the first time in a while.
Actually I'm pretty pleased. What I was trying to do was a song that could fit for a situation in some FPS game where you have to defend a base from incoming hostiles.

I did'nt put very much time into it since time is something I'm running low on atm.
But take a listen! I kinda like it. It's called The first stand at drop zone 4. XD
