Hey everyone. Looking for a little feedback on a song that I am writing along with a person from the Megadeth forums.

I think it's heavy as hell, but I thought I'd get a second opinion :P

New Original Song (as of yet untitled & unfinished)

I made it into a MIDI file for a few reasons:

1) anyone who might still be on dial-up can get to it easily.
2) I can easily change an entire section here or there without having to re-record anything.
3) I can write the entire song out before I ever have to hit "record" :P

Any criticism is appreciated (positive or negative) :P

Heh, alright then. When I can get my freakin' drum program to open, I'll start making a drum track to record what we have so far ;D

That is very good. It reminds me of the music from Doom, which is a good thing.

Keep in mind that this is just a rough rough rough ROUGH mix of what we're trying to create. I just was just so pumped from the positive comments that I had to record it for you all to check out ;D

Recorded version of the song idea

Fair warning, the "ending" of this is not really the end of the song. There will be more....once we can agree on which direction to take the song x_x.

Also, guard your ears at the 2:23 mark. Dissonant natural harmonics galore. Will make ears bleed at high volume x_x

Sounds sweet, i would add some other guitar lines like harmonized solos, because the triple chug riffs are used a lot in this song..

Ok i am thinking of making a huge drum 'n' bass track for when riding in the car, i have asked a few friends who i know are in the business and they say they use trackers, has anyone used these before and are they very complicated to get use to?
