Well, actually we all know each other... But Kahl helps Inja out with mixing and whatnot... Also, Kahl and Erica are an item (which is probably why) :)...

at the risk of sounding stupid...
what is masugn? I figured the 1st 4 letters are "machinae supremacy" but what is GN?

oh, and thanks for the links  ;D

Masugn is a Swedish word meaning something like: steel forge. I found out and posted in another thread, but I forget it now...

And please tell me what all that post editing with Jammin was about.... :-\

Masugn means Blast Furnace. And there is no relation between the names... The MaSu abbreviation being a part of the Masugn name is nothing but a coincidence... It's a funny coincidence, but that's all it is. Remember that the "MaSu" abbrev was born on this forum, so there was no real plan about that when the name Machinae Supremacy was born. We've just always called it "Machinae" for short.

Ah, that was it, Blast Furnace. Ty Rob.

+ I've always said Machinae for short. I've never liked MS or MaSu: one sounds like Microsoft, the other like its talking about something else.

We had this discussion before, if I remember correctly

MS isn't used because it's too much like M$

MaSu isn't used becuase it sounds too much like masseuse (I think that was the reason)

So that left us with Machinae

I've a friend who goes by Masurame online, abbreviated as Masu. So whenever I see MaSu I'm like WTF? :P
